The children’s program is meant for students aged 6-12. In these classes, we hone the 5 life skills: Focus, Respect, Self-Control, Self-Confidence and Self-Discipline. To be certain, this is a martial art and children learn proper kicking, striking, throwing and grappling as a complete system; however, being Shaolin means these martial skills are used as the vehicle to teach the life skills. The General Orientation program is designed for ages 13 and up. In this program you learn the fundamentals of martial arts. We teach all ranges of combat from long range to close-quarters, employing all the techniques of ti (kicking), da (striking), shuai (trapping), and na (grappling). In learning Shaolin wing chun, you will gain an understanding of the original MMA. MORE
Leadership Elite is a program by invitation only. The Leadership Program is available for both children and adults. Those who show a uniquely strong work ethic and aptitude for the conceptual framework underlying Shaolin wing chun are potentially invited to learn the leadership curriculum where a knowledge base is taught to the student that is not available to those in the general program. As a result, we have extra classes specifically for these students, including personal training with Master Noaks himself. MORE
Do you want to improve your stamina and physical prowess? Have you ever wanted to swing a staff or a sword through the air? Then Wushu is for you! In this program, the emphasis is on forms training. We teach the classic Shaolin forms and weapons that facilitate the development of the mental and physical skills for which the Shaolin monks are renowned. A flying kick from a crouch, dropping into the splits and then coming right back up out of it all without stopping are just some of the things you can learn in this class. MORE
