Jordan Ford started his life journey in San Bernardino California, moving to Richmond Indiana in 2011. His childhood dream to become a power ranger led him to Meng's Martial arts of Richmond. He started his martial arts career in 2012 under the teachings of Master Chango Noaks Sr. He has ten years under his belt, Seven of which has been as an assistant instructor. His other educational pursuit is an associates in computer science. His primary motivation in life is to help others.
During his time at Meng's martial arts Jordan has won numerous medals in regional and national tournaments. He joined leadership very early on in his martial arts journey shooting up through the ranks and obtaining his first sash within a year. In 2015 he stepped away from the kwoon to start his life as a new father with the birth of his first and only son. Starting from birth Jordan has trained his son, Gideon, in the ways of Shoalin Wing Chun in hopes that he will carry on the tradition in the same way his father has to create the next generation of warrior/scholars.
